1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 35bdo platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "your"). By using our services through the 35bdo website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are fully agreeing to these Terms.

Although these Terms are written in Bengali, in the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the platform's own decision shall be considered final. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2Age & Eligibility

3Account Registration & Security

To create an account on 35bdo, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information is a serious violation and may result in your account being permanently closed.

3.1 Responsibility for Account Information

• Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• You are fully responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Funds from bonuses whose wagering requirements have not been met cannot be withdrawn.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on 35bdo. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳14,000 → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus wagering requirement is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳18,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Any unfair strategy or manipulation to earn bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• 35bdo reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses may have a fixed validity period — expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• Cash cannot be withdrawn from bonus funds until wagering requirements are met.

6Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

The following rules apply when betting on cricket, slots, casino games, and other categories on 35bdo.

6.1 General Betting Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If betting is disrupted due to a technical error, 35bdo will make a decision based on the circumstances.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, the account may come under investigation.

6.2 VIP Program

Regular players can participate in the 35bdo VIP Program. There are four tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

7Responsible Gambling

• Set daily or monthly limits for your betting.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 35bdo and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Interference with or hacking attempts on the platform's software or systems.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activities against other users.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games.
• Spreading false information to damage the reputation of the platform.

If we suspect a user is engaged in any of these prohibited activities, 35bdo reserves the right to suspend any transaction and hold the account balance until the investigation is complete.

9Account Suspension & Closure

35bdo may temporarily or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of these Terms occurs.
• Required verification documents are not provided.
• Evidence of identity fraud or false information is found.
• Suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• Responsible gambling policies are violated.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any valid and verified balance will be returned, unless evidence of fraud is found during investigation.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending transactions must be settled before the account is closed.

10Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 35bdo platform — logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 35bdo. Copying, distributing, or using these for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability
